Learning to swim, ride a bike or play an instrument takes practice, and most children want to quit at some point. In these stories your child keeps going, has a bad day at practice, and gets there.

The older themes add the parts around the game: trying out for a team, competing in a tournament, being a good sport when you lose, and finding the hobby that is your own.
